The pilot
We're starting the pilot with a small number of creators and agencies, and we'll measure the result at the end. Each pilot creator gets a private page: paste last week's statements on Monday and the plan comes straight back. It's free while the pilot runs.
Today, in your browser.
Free during the pilot. Limited places. Pricing after the pilot.
Prefer email? Write to us with roughly how many paying fans you have and how much history you can paste.
Our team reads every application and replies personally.
No. Not for the free tool and not for the pilot. If anyone claiming to be Reactive Analytics asks for your login, it isn't us.
Open your statements page, scroll back as far as you want to cover, select the list, copy it and paste it in. Use a CRM tool? Whether you're an agency or a creator, if it lets you download your transactions as a CSV file, you can attach the file instead. It needs a date, an amount and who paid on each line. There's nothing to install and no code to run.
In the free tool, nothing leaves your browser. Close the tab and it's gone. In the pilot, your history is kept in your own browser, with a backup file you can download. Each Monday it's sent to our engine to build your plan, and nothing is kept on our servers once it's done. Your fans' usernames only ever come back to you. The privacy page has the detail.
It's the only fair way to measure the plan. The Skip fans are picked at random from the fans the plan chooses, so both groups start out alike. You carry on with your normal messages to them. Any difference in what the two groups spend is down to the plan.
It compares the fans you messaged with the fans you skipped, and only says it's working when the difference is clear. It's strict on purpose: in our simulations, when the plan made no difference, it wrongly said it was working about 1 time in 25. With fewer paying fans the answer takes longer, and it says so rather than guess.
Not a single right price: your price is the same for every fan, so there's no fair way to test two prices at once. What the pilot does is show what a subscriber is worth to you, spot when a promo is likely to pay off and how big it should be, and check every promo and price change you've already run.
The daily plan still works: who to message, when and why. The subscription, renewal and win-back parts need statements that say which payments were subscriptions, and they stay hidden until they do.
We don't quote an accuracy figure until it's been measured on real creators, and the pilot is how we'll measure it. Your pilot page runs an accuracy check on your own history: it rewinds 30 days, makes the forecast we'd have made then, and shows it next to what really happened. The proof answers the question that matters more: did following the plan make you money?
No. You get the plan. You or your team decide what to send, and send it yourselves.
Nothing of ours connects to your account, logs in or acts as you, so there's no activity of ours on your account to detect.
Six months or more works best. For the pilot we need at least eight weeks before the start, so there's something to compare against.
The free tool is free. The pilot is free too, for a limited number of creators: apply here. After that, plans start at $49 a month and scale with what you earn, with 20% off for agencies with 5 or more accounts. If your first 8 weeks don't show the plan adding money, we refund your first two months. See pricing.
