What you get
Everything in the pilot.
Paste your statements once a week. Your private page does the rest: who to message and when, who to win back, when a promo will pay off, and when to post.
From your statements page to Monday's plan.
About two minutes a week: copy and paste, or attach a CSV file from your CRM tool. Your account is never connected to anything.
-
Copy your statements
Open your statements page, scroll back as far as you want to cover, select the list and copy it. Six months or more works best.
-
Paste it in
We read three things from each line: when, how much you kept, and who paid. Use a CRM tool? Agency or creator, if it lets you download your transactions as a CSV file, just attach that instead.

After a few weeks we compare what the fans you messaged spent with the fans you skipped, and show the difference in money.
Every day: who, when, and what to send.
Open your pilot page and Today shows the fans to message, most valuable first. Each one comes with the best time, what to send and why, worked out from their own payments.
- When: their usual buying windowFrom when each fan has paid before. No pattern yet? Your own peak hours that day.
- What to send: Say hi or OfferSay hi means nothing to sell. Offer means something to buy, in the form that fan spends most on (a locked message, a paid post, or something to tip on) and what they usually pay for it.
- Renewals, before they run outFans whose subscription is about to end, so you can message them first.
- Win back former subscribersThe ones worth a message, if your chats stay open after a subscription ends.
- A daily limit you chooseTell it how many you can message a day. The rest move to another good day, most valuable first.
- Reminders and a spreadsheetCalendar reminders say how many fans, never who. The spreadsheet is for you or your team.
- When to post on social mediaA week clock of when people are online in the US and Europe, in your own time, next to when your fans buy.

Plus your best selling hours
Every payment on your statements has a time. We find the hours each day when your fans buy the most, so you know when to post and send. It's worked out from your own sales; until there's enough history, you get a general guide instead.
Keep the fans you have. Win back the ones who left.
Your statements show when each subscription renews. The pilot reminds you before one runs out, and lists the former subscribers worth a message.
Message them before the subscription ends, while they're still reading.
16 former fans to message
13 more on the list, best past spenders first. 4 are held back this week, so you can see what winning back is worth.
Example from a test creator. Needs statements that say which payments were subscriptions. Win back only shows if you can still message fans after their subscription ends; the page asks you once.
Know when a promo will pay off.
Your subscription price is the same for every fan, so the real questions are when to run a promo and how big. The pilot reads your subscription payments and works it out from your own fans.
New subscribers have dropped 30%: 11 in the last 2 weeks, when this creator usually gets about 16. Their fans join 1.5× more around payday, so start it then.
Run a 7-day promo at 40% off, from Thu 29 Oct to Wed 4 Nov, when payday starts. Why 40% off: the last promo at 40% off paid off, so do the same again.
Will it pay off?
- Should I run a promo?Spots when new subscribers slow down, and when your fans join most, like around payday.
- How big a discount?Suggests one from your own history, and shows how many extra fans it needs to pay off.
- What a subscriber is worthHow long they stay and what they spend on extras, so you know what a new fan is worth to you.
- Did it work?Every promo and price change in your history is found automatically and checked: did it pay off?
- Which subscribers are worth moreFull price, discount or months upfront: who renews, and who spends more.
They stay about 4 months, paying £35 in subscription and £81 on extras. 8 in 10 renew each month.
Brought in 25 new subscribers, about 18 more than usual. They renewed less (4 in 10, against the usual 8 in 10), but the extra subscribers more than covered the discount.
Example from a test creator with a promo and a price rise in their history. All amounts are after fees. It's a guide, not a promise: your first promo shows how your own fans respond. Free trials don't appear in statements, so they can't be counted. It needs statements that say which payments were subscriptions.
